I think we all need time to process things and we will come out of it only when we're ready.Agathahttp://www.agatha-k.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-265148533346763057.post-66078056387358019982012-01-23T01:49:04.001-08:002012-01-23T01:49:04.001-08:00Glad your depression ended up being a good thing. ...Glad your depression ended up being a good thing. I never really thought about it so you have definitely given me something to think about. I've read your other pieces about journaling and I'm really going to try and do that... thank you.Annienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-265148533346763057.post-8918265435015646412012-01-18T13:37:19.399-08:002012-01-18T13:37:19.399-08:00I really liked your advice. PS, I started an Adventure Bowl because of you and I am already starting to see so many cool changes in me. First of all, I had no idea so many guys read here and Second, I love hearing about people being super proactive during downtimes. Getting a life coach? AWESOME!!! Go get 'em, that truly rocks (never mind how closely you looked at your own life AND went back to school.)

I think you're amazing and you taking the time out to write here will help a lot of people.adventure grrlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09154153555230218062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-265148533346763057.post-14361098632350211672012-01-17T12:49:46.013-08:002012-01-17T12:49:46.013-08:00I believe your letter back to him is right on the ...I believe your letter back to him is right on the money! No one can snap out of it. About 6 months ago, I was very much in the dumps. My girlfriend ended things with me, and I was a mess!
Then I realized. She was the only thing making me happy. I wasn't even making myself happy. Thats a lot of pressure on her, right? Well, I looked at myself. Got out of bed a little more each day, and started looking at me. What do I need to do with myself to be happy? I looked hard, and realized I needed to have a career change. Go back to school.... just do it! I also got a life coach, which helped a whole lot. Now, I am starting school tomorrow....and I couldn't be happier! I always thought I couldn't be happy, single. I've been single for 5 months now...and I'm smiling everyday. Because I'm finally happy with me!

So, hang in there. Look deep into yourself. Figure out whats going to get you going. Take time to for you. Get back on track. Yes, being out in nice weather actually helps. Maybe doing some workouts, something like that. REACH OUT! Ask for help. Its okay. :)DevFog81https://www.blogger.com/profile/10693662981016833727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-265148533346763057.post-35156386447683780872012-01-17T12:29:08.346-08:002012-01-17T12:29:08.346-08:00I know exactly what you mean when you say you'...I know exactly what you mean when you say you'd rather of went through the depression than not at all. Sometimes you need to be sick to appreciate being well. Sometimes you need to take a bad vacation to appreciate your home. And sometime you need the rain to appreciate the sun.

XOXOTw!nkleTw!nklenoreply@blogger.com
